§1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE REGULATIONS
- The Regulations specify the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Pension Zameczek and are an integral part of the contract. By paying the deposit or signing the registration card the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
- The Regulations apply to all Guests staying at the Pension.
- Regulations are issued by Pension “Zameczek” Medeia Iashvili-Frala, Piastowska Street, 39, 58-580, Szklarska Poreba, Regon 020444388, NIP: 6112139746.
§2 HOTEL DAY
- The room is rented for hotel nights.
- A hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. of the following day.
- A request for an extension of a hotel day should be made by the Guest as soon as possible. Guest may not take into account the gyne prolongation in the case of all the accommodation or in the case of Guest not to comply with the regulations.
§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
- A reservation is considered made upon payment of a DEPOSIT, which constitutes 30% of the price for the entire period of the booked hotel service. The prepayment must be made within 2 days at the latest unless a different deadline has been set. After the expiration of this period or payment of an amount lower than indicated, the resort has the right to consider the reservation as not made and return the paid funds.
- The basis for admission of a guest is to show a photo ID to the employee of the Reception and to sign the registration card.
- The Pension may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated the Rules in force.
- The deposit paid will be settled against the ordered service after the guest’s arrival at the guesthouse.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If a guest, without making a cancellation statement, does not check in at the Guesthouse by 10:00 pm on the first day of the booked stay, the reservation expires and the deposit is forfeited.
- Curfew is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- A hotel guest may not transfer the room to a third party, even if the day for which he or she has paid the due fee for the stay has not elapsed.
§4 SERVICES
- The guesthouse provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
- In the event of complaints about the quality of services, the guest is asked to report them immediately to the reception, which will enable the staff to improve the standard of services provided.
- The guesthouse provides the following services free of charge: use of an unguarded parking space for a personal car at your own risk and within the limits of availability.
- Guests have the opportunity to order additional food.
§5 GUEST’S RESPOSIBILITY
- The guesthouse is not responsible for the Guest’s property.
- The resort is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest.
- Persons visiting our Guests are asked to leave the hotel rooms before 10:00 pm.
- Use of the area belonging to the resort, is at your own risk, including the use of the campfire area.
- Children staying at the resort should be supervised by a guardian at all times, including when using the green area belonging to the resort.
- The Hotel Guest is materially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by him or his visitors. The following lump-sum amounts of compensation for damage caused by the Hotel Guest to hotel property and contractual penalties for violation of the provisions of these Regulations are established:
a) violation of the ban on smoking in rooms and other premises – PLN 500
b) bringing into the hotel premises equipment and substances dangerous to human health and life, or the possession of which is prohibited by mandatory provisions of law – PLN 1000
c) violation of curfew or behavior disturbing the peace of other guests – PLN 500
d) use of substances emitting intense odors causing prolonged external impact – PLN 500.
The resort reserves the right to claim compensation exceeding the amount of the penalties indicated above, if the damage caused by the Hotel Guest exceeds their amount. - For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, own irons and other similar devices that are not hotel room equipment in the rooms.
- Each time leaving the room the Guest should check the locking of the door.
- The resort may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, has grossly violated the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or Guests or damage to the person of Guests of the resort employees or other persons staying at the resort, or has otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the hotel.
§6 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- It is forbidden to bring pets to the premises of the Resort without informing the reception in advance.
- Guests of the Resort who enjoy buffet meals are not entitled to take meals and beverages from the buffet off the premises. At the request of Guests, takeaway meals may be prepared for a separate fee. In the event of a violation of this provision, the Hotel Guest may be required to pay a fee equal to the charge for the preparation of a takeaway meal.
- Guests have the right to lodge complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided. All complaints are accepted by the Reception. The complaint should be filed immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
- Items left in the rooms by Guests, will be sent back to the indicated address of the Guest at his/her expense, in case of failure to receive instructions to send them back will be stored for a period of one month.
