   • Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f), we process personal data for the purpose necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of the Administrator (monitoring of the facility to ensure security, adjustment of services to meet guests’ requirements, debt recovery).

We control their execution and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all sorts of implementing acts and acts of Community law.
